SCDF's Fire Stations will not be hosting the weekly open house until further notice. An update will be provided on the resumption of the visitation programme at a later notice.

Booking of consultation services for Civil Defence Shelter, Fire Code, Hazardous Material and Site Inspection will be available online from 1 Dec 2023. Please visit SCDF E-Services to book appointments online.

W.e.f. 1 Apr 2024 onwards, refresher training for Fire Station Emergency Medical Technicians will be enhanced and the In Camp Training period will be extended from 19 to 23 days. Please check with your Deputy Commander Fire Station or unit for more info.

2.4 STATION WITH PLATFORMS LOCATED SIDE BY SIDE SEPARATED BY TRAINWAY

2.4.1 Under each scenario, as defined under Cl.2.2.2, the exit capacity for the incident platform shall cater for one train peak load for the largest available train serving that platform (the train load shall not be split between the two platforms).

2.4.2 Refer to Diagram 2.4.2 – 1 & 2 for the occupant load calculations under two scenarios for an underground station with two platforms located side by side.
