With effect from 30 March 2019, mySCDF app was taken offline and its functions integrated to myResponder app. Users will now have a more streamlined experience for fire hazard reporting, public education and community first response on a single platform.

Under the Self-Regulation System, all waiver applications must be submitted up-front & be separated from any formal plan submission.

Alternatively, the QPs may also make on-line submissions through the CORENET e-Submission.
For unsuccessful waiver applications, QP may appeal against the decisions by submitting formal appeal to the Minister for Home Affairs within 28 days of the date of notification of the decision. The appeal application shall be made in the prescribed form which is available at the Customer Service Centre at HQ SCDF.

The fees payable is $160/- for each item of appeal.
