Emergency Response Plan (ERP)

The ERP shall be submitted together, as part of the Flammable Material Storage License application with effect from 1st July 2017. Please submit the ERP document together with other supporting documents through the link under Petroleum and Flammable Materials – Storage License. Transport Emergency Response Plan (TERP)
  • Update (Chemical Listing only)

As part of our continual effort to facilitate a pro-enterprise environment, SCDF has reviewed the TERP submission online process. To simplify the online application process, the renewal and new application of TERP shall be submitted as part of the Flammable Material Transport (FMT) Licence application in LicenceOne with effect from 1st August 2017.

Following the implementation of this initiative, this TERP application link will only be for the update of the TERP’s chemical listings.

Pipeline Emergency Response Plan (PERP)

As part of our continual effort to create a pro-enterprise environment, SCDF has reviewed the Pipeline Emergency Response Plan (PERP) online submission process. To simplify the online application process, the PERP shall be submitted as part of the Flammable Material Pipeline License application with effect from 3rd April 2018. Please submit the PERP document together with other supporting documents through the SCDF E-services link under Petroleum and Flammable Materials – Pipeline License.
