Fire Safety Begins at Home

Recognising potential risks and taking preventive measures can significantly reduce the likelihood of fire incidents. Brought to you by the National Fire and Emergency Preparedness Council and the Singapore Civil Defence Force, the Home Fire Safety Checker is an online digital assessment tool that helps to identify and reduce fire risks at home.

Do a self-check for your home's fire safety!

How does it work?

Assessment: Through a series of 10 targeted questions, we will help you identify common fire risks within your home.

Personalised Advice: Upon completion, the tool will represent specific recommendations tailored to mitigate these risks.

Action: Prevention is paramount. We strongly urge you to adopt the suggested measures, thereby proactively eliminating fire hazards.
