NCDCC Framework Leadership

NCDCC Leadership Framework adopts the visual representation of a rescue helmet, an important Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for rescuers. The rescue helmet symbolises the importance of this leadership framework in guiding the design of authentic CCA experiences in NCDCC.

NCDCC core values of Noble, Caring, Disciplined, Courageous and Committed are the guided principles that form the strong identity and dictate the desired behaviour and action of the cadets. The framework is divided into three equal parts, to emphasize the equal importance of learn, lead and serve in NCDCC

Lastly, the strap and buckle represent the connection that links the leadership framework to the desired cadet outcomes: responsible and resilient cadet, active and concerned citizen.
