SCDF Operation Lionheart 55-Member Contingent Deployed to Christchurch, New Zealand : Update No 4

The 55-member SCDF Ops Lionheart contingent has carried out search and rescue operations at 16 sites since their arrival in Christchurch, New Zealand. To facilitate continuous operations, smaller rescue sections, were assigned to different sectors within each site.

The search and rescue operations are still on-going; At the time of this news release, SCDF is carrying out operations at the 17th site.
