The CD Ready Homes Programme, a collaboration involving SCDF, National Fire and Civil Emergency Preparedness Council (NFEC) and People’s Association (PA), aims to encourage residents to take ownership and learn Civil Defence skills. Through a self-validation checklist, residents are encouraged to assess their household’s level of emergency preparedness. This initiative would also help to strengthen family bonding and promote neighbourliness.
