Man rescued from trailer along Lower Delta Road

At 1530 hrs, SCDF was alerted to a road traffic accident involving a trailer that skidded along Lower Delta Road. As a result, the trailer overturned to the side. Upon arrival, SCDF found a male Chinese trapped in the driver seat of the trailer. He was alert and conscious upon SCDF’s arrival.

The casualty was pinned from his knee downwards by the dashboard and steering wheel of the vehicle. SCDF used two hydraulic spreaders to free the casualty from the wreckage. He suffered minor cuts on the forehead and bruises on the leg. He was conveyed to Singapore General Hospital for treatment.
