15 hurt in bus collision along Admiralty Road

At 2036 hrs, SCDF was alerted to a road traffic accident involving 2 buses along Admiralty Road in front of Marsiling Community Centre. 1 Fire Engine, 1 Rhino and 4 ambulances were deployed to mitigate the incident.

SCDF arrived at the incident site at 2044 hrs. The accident involved the collision of an SMRT bus and a stationary private bus. It resulted in 15 casualties (3 females and 12 males). The casualties were swiftly attended to by SCDF rescuers and paramedics before being conveyed to NUH and Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

Out of the 15 casualties, 4 were conveyed to NUH and 11 to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. 2 of them suffered bone fractures (one to the leg, and one to the collar bone) and 1 of them a dislocated ankle. The others sustained injuries such as abrasion and swells on the head, arms and legs.
