This is on condition that only diesel and no other petroleum/flammable materials are being stored. However, if there is other petroleum/flammable materials storage, then the exemption quantity will follow that as stated in Question 1.

  5. What are the flammable materials (FM) that are exempted from application for a storage licence?

There are 237 classes of Flammable Materials that are licensable. Industries may refer to the full list of these classes for the exemption quantities that are under Second Schedule of the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) Exemption Order 2005.
